Ben Halverson works as a Senior Associate at JLL in the Tenant Representation group, specializing in portfolio strategy, transaction management, site and building acquisitions/dispositions, sublease dispositions and lease transactions. Mr. Halverson manages and supports the transaction process, helps clients plan and implement global real estate strategies, and provides research and intel for national markets, as well as local market expertise.
Mr. Halverson’s distinct understanding of the market, coupled with his team and personal experience, allows him to optimize leverage, decrease costs and create significant efficiencies for his clients. Mr. Halverson takes the time to understand his clients’ needs, developing unique real estate strategies through collaboration and insight. He identifies creative solutions to problems and aligns his clients’ interests with his own.
Education and affiliations
Mr. Halverson studied for three years at Brigham Young University before transferring to Arizona State University, graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors in Journalism. He holds a real estate license designation in California. He is an active participant in NAIOP, the Arizona State University alumni organization, Brigham Young University alumni organization and is on the Young Mormon Professionals board. He also spent two years in Recife, Brazil serving a mission for his church and speaks fluent Portuguese and Spanish.
