Current Responsibilities
As Managing Director, Mr. Coffin’s primary focus is on the Cambridge and core inner suburban markets, providing best-in-class real estate services in both the office and life science sectors. Mr. Coffin specializes in representing tenants, landlords and investors in the leasing, development and sale of commercial real estate throughout the region, implementing real estate strategies for organizations and entrepreneurs. Over the past decade, Ben and his team negotiated over 7.25 million square feet of lease transactions.

Mr. Coffin joined the Brokerage Service group at JLL in March 2016 after spending 10 years at Colliers International.
