Barbara is a Senior Vice President in Agency Leasing based in Dallas, Texas. Her focus is in increasing occupancy, strategically increasing NOI, and maximizing asset values for local and out of state clients
Experience
Barbara has more than 21 years of commercial real estate experience. Barbara began her real estate career at Billingsley Company where she oversaw the leasing of properties like International Business Park and was involved in the leasing development of One Arts Plaza. After 6 years with Billingsley, she moved on to work for Peloton as a Vice President in leasing. Barbara spent 14 years at Peloton before its acquisition in 2019.
Education and Affiliations
Barbara graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a degree in psychology. She served on the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) board for 5 years and was president. She has been awarded Bisnow Power Women in 2014, CoStar Power Broker several times, and was named in the Dallas Business Journal’s list of “Heavy Hitters” in commercial real estate.
Outside of the real estate world, Barbara volunteers her time at Equest Therapeutic Horsemanship. Horseback riding is a hobby of hers and she loves adventure sports, golf, hiking – really anything outdoors.
