Current responsibilities
Avery Comeau joined JLL in 2023 upon graduating from the University of Kansas. Avery specializes in Landlord representation, focusing on office and healthcare sales and leasing. As part of JLL's agency team, she helps manage a portfolio of several million square feet of leasing and sale assignments.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Avery gained valuable experience in commercial real estate appraisal services, providing her with unique insights into property valuation that enhance her ability to serve clients effectively. Building on this foundation, she recently completed JLLU, a comprehensive program designed to equip new brokers with cutting-edge tools and strategies for success. This thorough training, coupled with her appraisal background, has sharpened her skills in negotiation, client relationship management, and strategic property analysis.
Education and Affiliations
Avery has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management and Leadership from the University of Kansas. She currently serves as a KU School of Business Mentor, guiding current college students in shaping their post-graduation career paths. She is licensed in both Missouri and Kansas.
