Current Responsibilities:
Austin Kriz is a Managing Director with JLL’s Industrial Brokerage Team based out of Atlanta, Georgia. Austin and his team provide strategic portfolio optimization solutions to a diverse range of clients, from Fortune 500 corporations to technology startups. They have structured and negotiated virtually every conceivable real estate requirement from 1,000 sq. ft. to 3,000,000 sq. ft., working new angles to solve the challenges involved in ground leases, net and gross leases, build-to-suits and government incentive packages. Specializing in manufacturing and distribution assets, Mr. Kriz leverages a comprehensive understanding of supply chain strategy with aggressive, impactful real estate execution to deliver superior results.
Education:
Austin graduated in 2014 from the University of South Carolina with degrees in International Business, Finance and Real Estate. While attending the University of South Carolina he was a member of Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. He also studied Chinese at Ming Chuan University in Taipei, Taiwan.
Experience:
Austin began his career in real estate at CBRE in 2014, where he worked on the Industrial & Logistics team. In April 2021 he joined JLL where he continues to lead and implement strategic consulting and transaction services.
