Dedicating the past 20 years and counting of his career to the South Florida industrial market, Audley is responsible for servicing the JLL South Florida team’s current landlord agency portfolio of institutional industrial product totalling over 20 million square feet located throughout Miami Dade County, select private clients, tenant representation, and business development. He prides himself on assisting clients with developing the best real estate strategy to support and grow their businesses.

Experience

Since 2004, Audley has specialized in advising on the sales and leasing of industrial properties and land throughout Miami Dade County. Representing tenants/landlords and buyers/sellers, he applies his business acumen and expertise to assist clients through every stage of the corporate real estate decision making process. In his career as a corporate real estate advisor, Audley has been responsible for facilitating multiple complex lease and sale transactions valued at over $4 billion. Since joining JLL in 2016, he has been a consistent top producer. Audley is consistently ranked one of JLL’s top producing brokers by deal volume and has won multiple Top Gun awards; JLL’s most prestigious broker recognition. Prior to working at JLL, Bosch was a Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield in South Florida where he spent 12 years representing clients in the brokerage firm’s industrial practice group.

Education and Affiliations

Audley has a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University with concentrations in Business and Communications and is a licensed real estate professional in the State of Florida. He currently is affiliated with the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry, and sits on the Board of Directors of both National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) South Florida and Florida State University’s College of Business Real Estate Center which enhances the teaching, research mission and service mission of the real estate program at FSU. A devoted member to his hometown community of Miami, Audley participates in a number of local and national charities such as Feeding South Florida, Liga Contra el Cancer, Dolphin’s Cancer Challenge, local Catholic charities, American Diabetes Association, and Movember, a leading national foundation changing the face of men’s health.
