Current Responsibilities

Ashlyn oversees all marketing for leasing, sales and revenue across our JLL-managed portfolio of assets.  Her responsibilities include the development and execution of marketing strategies to maximize sales and collaboration with leasing to enhance properties' merchandise mix. Ashlyn coaches field marketing employees to ensure JLL best practices are being implemented. Additionally, Ashlyn oversees Retail's strategic marketing efforts including sales programs, market research, development of national programs, and public relations and advertising initiatives.

Experience          

Prior to joining JLL Retail, Ashlyn was with General Growth Properties (GGP) where she served as Marketing Manager for First Colony Mall in Sugar Land, TX.  In 2000, she was promoted to Regional Vice President of Marketing. During her tenure with GGP she was responsible for more than 30 centers in the third party and wholly-owned portfolios.

Ashlyn's retail career also includes positions as Marketing Manager for The Taubman Company, Hines and MetroNational Corporation.  Prior to entering the shopping center industry, she worked as a research analyst for Van Kampen/American Capital Mutual Funds.

Education and Affiliations

Ashlyn holds a bachelor of science degree in marketing from Texas A&M University.  She is a six-time Maxi Award winner and earned her Certified Marketing Director (CMD) designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
