As a Vice President in JLL’s Raleigh office, Ashley provides tenant representation services to both portfolio and local clients. Ashley spent the last 5 years as the single point of contact and transaction manager for out-of-market businesses looking to establish or further enhance an operation in the greater Triangle area. Continuing to work with out-of-market clients along with a specialized focus on local, life science companies, Ashley combines local market knowledge with a deep understanding of the needs of corporate occupiers. Ashley provides a strategic advisory approach to clients that need to establish, renew, relocate or dispose of office or lab space.
Ashley has over ten years of experience in the Raleigh-Durham market. Ashley started as the Senior Research Analyst with JLL. In this role, she identified current trends in local, regional and national real estate markets, tracked market statistics and indicators as well as supported our internal and external clients. Prior to joining JLL, Ashley worked in multifamily property management at The Preiss Company headquartered in Raleigh, N.C. During her tenure as Regional Property Manager, she was responsible for management of over 2,000 student housing beds along the east coast. She oversaw multi-million dollar assets while communicating with owners, asset, wealth and investment firms. Ashley created marketing platforms specific to the demographic of particular regions and prepared budgets assisting with delinquency management and innovative expense savings to maximize returns for property investors.

Ashley earned a bachelor of arts degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, N.C. Ashley is a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina.
