Current Responsibilities
In his role as Executive Managing Director, Armand specializes in portfolio evaluation and multi-market tenant representation. He leads a team of subject matter experts to bring a comprehensive approach to real estate strategy and optimization, including, workplace strategy, strategic site selection, project management, portfolio technology integration, lease administration and corporate sustainability.
Experience
With over 15 years of experience, Armand specializes in corporate real estate advisory and tenant representation with a focus on early-stage growth tech companies, as well as multi-market late stage and publicly traded companies. Armand advises and helps companies develop and implement real estate strategies that align real estate portfolios with business operations to reduce costs, create flexibility and drive workplace objectives. Armand has completed transactions in most major national and international real estate markets.

Armand has been recognized by multiple real estate organizations and publications for his achievements, including Association of Silicon Valley Brokers - 2016 Silicon Valley “Office Deal of the Year”, as well, 2021 Finalist “Tenant Broker of the Year” and “Deal of the Year”. Armand was also awarded the 2021 Silicon Valley Business Journal “Deal of the Year”.
