Current Responsibilities
Based in Orlando, Antonino is a senior member of the retail team in Florida with JLL. He provides agency leasing, tenant representation, development consulting, and acquisition and disposition services for clients in Florida. He has represented a variety of clients ranging from local retailers, to developers, to institutional owners. Additionally, Antonino is responsible for site selection and new store expansion for a handful of clients.
Experience
With more than ten years of retail leasing experience, Antonino specializes in market entry stragegies, site selection and development projects.
Prior to joining JLL, Antonino served as a partner for Investment Equity Group where he facilitated new development opportunities which included single tenant, multi tenant and self storage facilities. He also held positions at Leon Capital as Regional Real Estate Director and Colliers International as Senior Associate.
Antonino has strong retail transaction experience that includes national and regional tenants like Sprouts, Chick Fil A, Longhorn Steakhouse, Heartland Dental, Cinepolis Movie Theater, REI, Chase Bank, IHOP, Spectrum, and Take 5 Oil Change.
Education and Affiliations
Antonino graduated from University of Central Florida with a Bachelors in Information Systems and is a licensed Real Estate Associate in Florida. Antonino is a native of Orlando, Florida and has lived in Central Florida his entire life, where he currently resides in the Dr Phillips area of Orlando.
