Current responsibilities
Anthony LiVecchi is a Senior Associate with the Office Brokerage team in JLL’s Philadelphia office. He is responsible for tenant representation, the disposition of real estate for clients and focused on the Philadelphia Metro marketplace.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Anthony was a Leasing Associate at CBRE. Over the last 12 years in the real estate industry, Anthony has forged numerous relationships with top employers in the
Philadelphia Region including major health systems, financial institutions, law firms and Engineering firms.
Anthony is proficient in ProCalc and LeaseCalcs, high level accounting and financial comparison tools specially used for occupiers of real estate. Through best in class marketing, research, canvassing and leveraging numerous relationships Anthony has been successful in achieving the greatest financial outcome for his clients.

Education
Anthony graduated from Lehigh University with a BS in Business and Economics. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.
