Current responsibilities
Based in Atlanta, Ansley is an Executive Vice President for Retail Corporate Services. In this role, she negotiates business terms for lease renewals, lease restructures, terminations, and other special projects for key clients’ portfolios. She also serves as an Account Lead and direct point of contact for specific client accounts. Ansley works diligently with clients to understand their goals, provide insight, and negotiate the most effective deals possible for their portfolio. Ansley has a diverse skill set in retail real estate and brings a unique perspective to deal making.
Experience
Ansley is a real estate professional with 20 years of corporate retail transaction experience. Prior to joining JLL, Ansley spent 10 years with Waffle House, Inc. as a Property Manager. She managed their leased portfolio, renegotiated lease obligations to reduce occupancy costs, and managed on-site issues at the property level. In addition to lease management, Ansley is experienced in fee simple transaction negotiations, eminent domain settlements, and utility easement purchases. At Waffle House, Ansley managed all eminent domain cases and represented the restaurant chain in depositions and mediations.

Ansley earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Georgia. She holds a Salesperson Real Estate License in the state of Georgia.
