Current Responsibilities
Anne Kupperman is responsible for senior oversight of the JLL portfolio of Industrial/ flex properties throughout the state of Florida. Anne’s duties include overall bottom-line accountability for the Industrial Property Management department in Florida as well as leadership of the local Industrial Property Management teams. She is also a member of the JLL Industrial Property Management Leadership Council which develops strategic initiatives and best practices for use throughout the firm.
Experience
Anne has over 16 years of experience in property management specializing in industrial/flex properties. She has extensive background in budget preparation utilizing Kardin, Yardi, Excel, and MRI. She has coordinated more than a dozen full exterior property renovations encompassing façade renovations, exterior painting, new signage & landscaping packages and parking lot upgrades. Additionally, Anne has managed numerous roof rehabilitations including full tear offs, TPO membrane additions & coatings, HVAC replacements, tilt wall panel restoration, fire suppression upgrades and modifications to electrical systems including panel replacements, generator installation & power supply upgrades.
Prior to joining JLL, Anne was the Senior Portfolio Manager for Colliers International overseeing a portfolio of nearly 4 million square feet in the Tampa Bay and Ft. Myers markets. She was also named Property Manager of the Year in 2007 and 2008 by Colliers International and was Chairperson of the Policy & Procedure Task Force.
Anne has represented private and institutional clients including Prologis, INVESCO Real Estate, LaSalle Investment Management, KTR Capital Partners, Hudson Advisors, Rosemont Realty, MDH, IDI Gazeley, RREEF, AIC Ventures, and Walton Street Capital.
Education
Anne graduated from University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in business Administration with a Minor in Economics. She is a LEED Green Associate and has attended numerous training seminars including Kardin Budgeting, Client Engagement, Disaster Preparedness, and Fire Protection/NFPA Codes. Anne also holds a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license and is a member of the US Green Building Council.
