Anne Knopke is a Vice President with the Great Lakes Markets Group in Detroit, specializing in landlord and tenant representation. Ms. Knopke provides customized real estate strategies designed to achieve long term business success for a diverse set of clients. She assists multi-tenant office building owners in maximizing their asset value through creative leasing efforts, comprehensive market and financial analysis, and in-depth lease negotiations.
As a part of the JLL Detroit team, Anne has been involved in leasing over 1.5 million square feet of office space for both institutional and private investors in the downtown office market. In addition to landlord representation, Anne has assisted a variety of companies in securing office leases in the greater Detroit market, with a focus on tech and creative sectors. Prior to joining JLL, Anne worked for MB Real Estate in Chicago where she oversaw office leasing for a building portfolio totaling almost 1 million square feet in Chicago’s CBD.
Anne received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is an active member of CREW Detroit and Detroit Young Professionals.
