Andy currently represents eight owners on the leasing of their downtown Denver office assets. He and his team are responsible for the leasing efforts in a portfolio of institutionally-owned, Class AA & A buildings in the Central Business District totaling approximately 3.5 million square feet, including all aspects of marketing, broker interaction, market research and intelligence development, deal analysis, lease negotiation, budgeting, and overall leasing / marketing strategy.
Andy has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate landlord representation and has completed over 6 million square feet of lease transactions. Prior to joining JLL, Andy was with CBRE and Brookfield Properties where he was responsible for the leasing and marketing of some of Denver’s most recognizable office towers including Republic Plaza, World Trade Center, Wells Fargo Center, Tabor Center, Dominion Towers, US Bank Tower, 410 17th Street and Civic Center Plaza. More recently, Andy and his partners have a growing portfolio of brick and timber product in LoDo and periphery CBD including 1444 Wazee (Elephant Corral), Emily’s Office, 414 14th Street and 1278 Lincoln.
Andy is an avid skier, both in-bounds and in the backcountry, using snowmobiles to access some of Colorado’s best powder stashes. When not skiing, he loves to stay active playing hockey, rock climbing, biking, shooting hoops, planting vegetables and tackling home improvement projects. You might even find him on a sunny weekend afternoon having a craft beer on an outdoor patio in the Golden foothills. Mostly he loves spending time with his family and friends enjoying everything Colorado has to offer!
