Andy is a National Director for JLL’s Integrated Portfolio Services group (IPS). In this role, he implements transaction strategies for occupiers seeking to derive high productivity and performance from their global real estate portfolio. While specializing in large, high-profile office and industrial requirements, he has extensive acquisition and disposition experience across asset types including office, industrial, medical and specialty properties.

Andy has 23 years of real estate experience leading transaction delivery in every major U.S market while enhancing his clients’ real estate performance. His focus is on the tenant; advising on occupancy requirements, strategic consulting and portfolio optimization.

Since joining the firm in 2005, Andy became a member of the Tenant Representation Group where he was responsible for strategic portfolio management for some of the firm’s key clients including Cisco, Kaiser, Oracle, MetLife, Logitech and Sprint. In this role, he consistently exceeded his clients’ expectations and gained their trust using innovative strategies to manage their real estate portfolios.

Andy holds a B.A. from The Ohio State University.
Andy lives in San Francisco with his wife and children and enjoys mountain biking, live music and spending time outdoors.
