Current Responsibilities

With more than 30 years’ experience, Andy is a recognized leader in retail real estate strategy development, investment decision making and operating finance. As part of our Restructuring Services team, Andy focuses on delivering profitable strategies for retail clients, where he has a significant track record of successfully leading growth, disposition and value-creation initiatives.

Experience

Andy’s diverse expertise spans from retail real estate, investment and operating finance to corporate acquisitions and strategic divestitures.

Andy began his career in the consulting arm of KPMG (Washington, DC), providing M&A and valuation services to corporate clients, where he quickly progressed to Senior Consultant. He then became a Finance Director with Pizza Hut (at the time a wholly-owned subsidiary of PepsiCo) and served as Vice-President, Real Estate at the Hannaford subsidiary of Ahold/Delhaize where he chaired the supermarket chain’s Real Estate Committee and the Corporate Development and Finance Committee, and managed the company’s M&A, development and disposition activity. Before joining JLL, Andy was an Investment Officer in New England for Regency Centers where he led division investment, development, construction, and anchor leasing activity.
