Career summary

Andrew is a Managing Director in the New York office of JLL Capital Markets and is a registered representative of Jones Lang LaSalle Securities, LLC (“JLLS”), the real estate investment banking affiliate of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition. His primary responsibilities include advising the firm’s clients and directing capital raising activities by accessing real estate equity from institutional investors. His transaction experience includes discretionary funds, joint ventures, programmatic equity and entity-level transactions.

Prior to joining HFF, Andrew worked at J.P. Morgan in their New York office. He focused on capital raising, portfolio construction and serving as financial advisor to several family offices, endowments, and foundations. Before that, he held several strategy, corporate finance and management roles at Citigroup. Earlier in his career, he was the chief spokesperson for the City of New York’s emergency management department, where he was responsible for the city’s crisis communications. Andrew is an active member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center and the Wharton Club of New York.
