Sr. Managing Director
Andrew Rosengarten serves as Managing Director at JLL, focused on tenant advisory and agency leasing services in the Portland metropolitan region.
Andrew works with national, regional and local corporate occupiers of office space to develop and implement occupancy strategies relating to real estate lease and purchase negotiations, as well as helps institutional property owners to maximize the value of their real estate assets. During his career, Andrew has completed lease and sale transactions in excess of 4.8 million square feet and $758 million in value. Andrew has earned CoStar’s Power Broker award, as well as JLL’s Top Achiever, Gold Achiever, and Top Gun recognition in recent years for revenue production. He also earned runner-up for Oregon Commercial Association of Brokers “Office Broker of the Year” award in both 2017 and 2018.
