As part of JLL’s Tenant Representation Group in Pittsburgh, Andrew is involved at all levels of assignments of our clients, including headquarter relocations and complex lease reviews. He works exclusively with corporate clients to analyze their real estate needs and develop the needed strategies to align real estate initiatives with their overall business plans. His areas of expertise include conducting market research & location advisory, defining occupancy needs, financial analysis, and lease negotiations.
Andrew brings strategic thought, experience, strong analytical skills and market knowledge to the corporate planning, relocation, and renegotiation process. With over ten (10) years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry, having spent seven (7) as Procter & Gamble’s Global Real Estate Coordinator, Andrew has fostered an expertise in developing and executing complex cost realignment strategies.
Andrew graduated from York College of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance. He is a JLL Catalyst Award winner and leader on JLL Pittsburgh’s Technology and Robotics Advisory Group.
