Current responsibilities:

Based in New York, Andrew is Director of Research, covering office leasing, retail, and capital markets. In this role, he leads a team of data scientists and analysts, building and maintaining a best-in-class data and analysis platform to provide clients and stakeholders with compelling insights and market intelligence about the more than 500 million s.f. of commercial real estate in Manhattan and the Outer Boroughs.

Experience:

Before joining JLL, Andrew was the director of research at the American Immigration Council and at the Partnership for a New American Economy for more than 8 years, where he focused on the nexus of local economic development, labor markets, and international migration. Before this, he served in the David Rockefeller Studies Program at the Council on Foreign Relations, working on issues related to technology and U.S. foreign policy.

Education and affiliations:

Andrew holds a joint MA and MSc in regional and urban planning from the London School of Economics and the Institut d'études politiques de Paris (Sciences Po) as well as a BA in international politics from Boston College.

Outside interests:

Outside of research and insights, Andrew is an avid tennis player, pasta maker, and aspiring dog dad.
