Current responsibilities

Andrew Harris is a Director in the JLL Houston’s Value and Risk Advisory group. He performs valuation, review and consulting services for a variety of clients primarily focusing on the Student Housing sector nationwide. In addition, he specializes in the valuation and review of multi-housing and mixed-use assets, including existing and proposed conventional apartment types, affordable housing, and alternative asset types. Mr. Harris’s valuation expertise supports loan underwriting, litigation support, and portfolio analysis.

Experience

Prior to joining JLL in Summer 2017, Mr. Harris worked at JMJ Development supporting the development team by analyzing and developing financial models.

Mr. Harris’s experience includes student housing, single-family and multi-family residential, affordable housing, seniors housing, retail centers, industrial facilities, office buildings, and land. He has successfully completed numerous real estate related courses sponsored by the Appraisal Institute, accredited universities and other institutions.
