Andrew joined JLL in November of 2021 as a Senior Associate with the Long Island industrial brokerage team, considered to be among the market’s top experts. He focuses on servicing clients on Long Island, providing strategic industrial real estate advisory and transaction services to both tenants and landlords.
Andrew has successfully leased and sold over 500,000 sq.ft. of industrial space throughout the Long Island market. Andrew’s tenacity as a natural competitor along with his knowledge of economics and the market has made him a reliable deal maker for both tenants and landlords. He is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and is committed to providing the highest level of service.
Andrew earned his BS in Business Economics from the State University of New York at Cortland. He was a member of the men’s lacrosse team and participated in various fundraisers and community service events in efforts to give back to the community. Andrew is a member of Long Island’s Commercial Industrial Brokers Society, where he is a committee chair member of the Future Generation Group.
Andrew currently resides in Oyster Bay and enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with family.
