Current responsibilities
Andrew Frost serves as Executive Director for JLL Value and Risk Advisory in the United States. He focuses primarily on institutional and portfolio valuations with specialized practice in office, retail, and mixed-use assignments. Mr. Frost supports the practice through leadership in client services and drives growth as a part of the institutional sector.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Frost served as a Senior Consultant with Qval Property Advisors, a Houston-based valuation consulting firm, focused exclusively on an institutional client base. His responsibilities included financial analysis and valuation of single-asset and portfolio assignments and served as the firm’s internal and external thought leader for key investment markets, including California, Central Texas, the Mid-Atlantic, and Pacific Northwest. Mr. Frost also served as the Team Lead for the international appraisal group.
His background includes valuation of real estate for multiple applications including market value appraisals, portfolio valuations, investment advisory, and market rent studies. Mr. Frost has experience appraising a variety of property types including office, retail, multifamily, industrial, self-storage, medical office, condominiums, complex redevelopment, outdoor storage, and mixed-use properties. Specialized knowledge includes appraisals of rent-controlled multifamily portfolios, beach-front resort property, and multi-phase mixed-use districts.
