Current Responsibilities
Based in Austin, Andrew specializes in retail tenant representation and agency leasing for JLL in Central Texas. He is responsible for helping national, regional and local retailers identify and secure optimal locations to reach customers and drive value for their businesses. In addition, Andrew is an agency leasing specialist for numerous property owners across Central Texas.
Experience
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Andrew was a research analyst with SRS Real Estate Partners in Austin for three years. His focus was on market analysis, mapping, demographics, tenant site selection committee packages and creating market tour books. He also helped develop financial models for the Austin investment sales team.

Education and Affiliations
Andrew is a native Austinite and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA) and serves on the leadership Committee for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS).
