Current responsibilities
Andrew Batson leads a regional team of analysts and directs all aspects of the office, industrial and economic research platform for JLL’s Great Lakes Region which includes Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky and Western Pennsylvania.
Andrew is also responsible for building and continuing to elevate a best-in-class research program that differentiates JLL and drives a competitive advantage in the marketplace through market expertise, analysis and insight.
Experience
Andrew has seven years of experience in commercial real estate and related industries. Prior to joining JLL, Andrew was a Research Associate at the Center for Public Management.
In this role, he worked with a variety of clients across industry sectors, producing economic impact reports, strategic plans, and program assessments. Andrew coauthored several reports which have been featured in academic journals and local print media.
Education
Andrew holds a Master of Urban Planning, Design & Development Degree as well as a Graduate Certificate in Urban Real Estate Development & Finance from Cleveland State University.
In addition, Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in General Management from Oakland University.
