Current responsibilities:
Andrew is the head of Data Center Research & Strategy for the Americas at JLL. Additional areas of focus include Property Management and Alternatives. In this role, Andrew delivers insights and analytics to clients and JLL’s leadership team. Deliverables include sector analysis, insights on industry trends, forecasting, benchmarking, market sizing, portfolio analytics and market share analysis.
Experience:
Andrew has 16 years of experience in commercial real estate and related industries. Prior to joining JLL, Andrew was a Research Associate at the Center for Public Management. In this role, he worked with a variety of clients across industry sectors, producing economic impact reports, strategic plans, and program assessments.
Education:
Andrew holds a Master of Urban Planning, Design & Development Degree as well as a Graduate Certificate in Urban Real Estate Development & Finance from Cleveland State University. In addition, Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in General Management from Oakland University.
