Current responsibilities
As the Director of Retail Portfolio Management, Andee specializes in large scale program management by creating targeted solutions for retailers who grow through merger or acquisition, right-size through consolidation, or seek immediate occupancy cost reductions – all while implementing process efficiencies for their internal real estate department. She leads a nationwide team of transaction managers, retail brokers and program support staff in negotiating lease renewals, restructures, and dispositions.
Experience
Based in Minneapolis, Andee began her career as an in-house real estate director with Regis Corporation, amidst exponential growth from 1,900 to 10,900 domestic and international hair salons. For over a decade, she oversaw Asset Management, Business Development and Lease Administration at Regis and developed their cloud-based transaction life-cycle and lease management database. In 2014, Andee joined JLL to strengthen the Portfolio Management practice with integrated business process management services. Currently, Andee is the National Program Manager for all retail brokerage services to Walgreens. In this role, she develops and maintains the entire scope of the service provider relationships across all work streams. Since 2018, JLL has completed over 600 lease restructures and terminations and 1,500+ broker opinions of value through the implementation of JLL’s proprietary program management and technology platform.
