Current responsibilities
As part of the JLL Retail team, Amy is focused on agency leasing and dispositions. With over 15 years of brokerage experience in the Dallas area market, Amy has leased over 2 million square feet. Her expertise includes :
- New development and existing project leasing
- Agency leasing with a focus on big box solutions
- Pad site acquisition and disposition
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Amy was with CBRE for 10 years in Dallas and 10 years with Staubach Retail Services in Newport Beach, California.
Amy has represented ownerships and tenants in a broad range of transactions including: Albertsons, Circuit City, Conn's, CVS, LA Fitness, National Veterinary Associates, Office Depot, Office Max, PetSmart, Staples, Tom Thumb, 24 Hour Fitness, Youfit, Walgreens, Walmart and West Marine.
Education and affiliations
Amy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Public Relation from Southern Methodist University.
