Current responsibilities
Amy Lacock serves as the Industrial Property Management Lead for JLL’s Mid-Atlantic region. Amy oversees the day-to-day operations and financial management of the industrial portfolio in Baltimore, Washington DC, Northern Virginia, Richmond and Norfolk.
Experience
Amy joined JLL in 2014 and has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience. Before her time at JLL, Amy was a Property Manager for Liberty Property Trust for eight years, and an assistant property manager for Transwestern Commercial Services for two and a half years. Her background also includes budgeting, facility operations, financial reporting, tenant and vendor relations, smart building technology, client relations, and construction/project management. Amy previously served as president of CREWBaltimore in 2017.
