Amy Bradford is a Vice President at JLL with a primary focus on Tenant Representation.
In working closely with the JLL team of industry experts, Amy provides business consulting, negotiation, and transaction management for both local and national commercial real estate clients.
Experience
With over 25 years of experience, Amy is a seasoned business consultant and entrepreneur with a proven track record in business planning and organizational design, relationship management, negotiation, real estate strategy and implementation, budgeting, and process development.
As the owner and operator of Amy’s Shoes & Apparel for 15 years, Amy demonstrated her adaptability and flexibility, becoming adept at problem-solving and decision-making. Her energetic and self-starting nature, coupled with her firsthand knowledge of the multifaceted responsibilities of a business owner, underscores the importance of having trusted advisors who can provide expert guidance and help leverage time.
Before her successful retail venture, Amy served as the Corporate Services Manager at a Cleveland-based real estate consulting firm. She managed an extensive 9M square foot real estate portfolio for a diverse range of clients, including public Fortune 500 companies, private entities, non-profit organizations, and economic development enterprises. She specialized in office tenant representation, negotiating and managing lease agreements ranging from 1,000 SF to over 250,000 SF.
Education
Amy holds a bachelor’s degree from Ohio University in Business Administration in Economics. Amy is also a Graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program.
