Current responsibilities
Amber Schiada is a Senior Director of Research and Strategy, leading Americas Work Dynamics and Industry Research. Amber specializes in economic and demographic analysis, industry and workplace trends, and real estate forecasting. She has extensive experience working with Fortune 500 companies and investors of all commercial property types, advising on commercial real estate strategies ranging from site selection, workforce strategies, and market penetration. Amber regularly partners with experts across the globe to gather insights and identify key opportunities for clients.
Experience
Amber began her career at Rosen Consulting Group producing quarterly economic, residential, and commercial real estate forecasts for markets across the United States. She provided in-depth research for institutional investors, commercial banks, and real estate developers, leaving no real estate topic untouched during her tenure. She departed for JLL in 2011 where she led various research teams in California before growing into her current responsibilities beginning in 2021.
Education and affiliations
Amber holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from the University of California Berkeley. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute, CREW, and served as the Co-President of the Northern California CoreNet Young Leaders Group from 2016 to 2017.
Outside interests
Amber lives in sunny Southern California with her partner Michael. She enjoys international travel, backpacking and camping, and spending time in the gym.
