Amanda's principles of ethics, integrity and people-first guide her every interaction. She seeks to establish long-term client relationships and to understand their needs and timing to deliver the most value. By calculating all negotiated concessions in the form of savings and cost avoidance, she provides consistent and measurable results. Amanda partners with companies seeking to relocate, renew, expand, purchase, or dispose of real estate assets locally, nationally and globally. She specializes in tenant representation, strategy development, relocation, renewal, expansions and dispositions, corporate restructuring of real estate portfolios, energy-related entities and law firms.
Experience:
Amanda brings over 4 years of experience in sales and 3 years of corporate facilities planning and relocation process. She has successfully negotiated more than 80 transactions and $161M in client obligations and commitments. She is part of a unique team comprised of her husband Matt Sanderson, Chad Baker, and Lauren Stifflemire. Together the four prioritize relationships and center their work from a place of compassion.
