Current Responsibilities
Amanda DeYoung serves as Executive Vice President, Industrial Property Management Lead for JLL’s South Central Region. She is responsible for overseeing the region’s industrial assets in the Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, El Paso and Kansas City markets. Amanda’s duties include oversight of the property management teams, managing financial goals for each portfolio and implementing strategic initiatives for the assets.

Experience
Amanda has over 15 years of experience as a real estate professional and joined the JLL team in 2014. She has a strong background in all aspects of property management, property accounting and construction management. Amanda is well versed in Yardi, MRI and Kardin accounting programs.

Prior to her role with the South Central Region, Amanda led a team which managed over 15 million square feet in the metro Atlanta market for JLL. Her duties included oversight of the property management teams, budget preparation, tenant and vendor relationship management, and onboarding of new and transitioning properties. Amanda also handled capital improvements for properties within the industrial portfolio for both building and tenant improvements.

Before joining JLL, Amanda was a Senior Property Manager at Seefried Industrial Properties managing over 10 million square feet for four industrial clients. Prior to Seefried, Amanda was a Property Manager at Colliers International managing office, retail and industrial portfolios for 9 clients.

Education and affiliations
Amanda earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Florida State University. She is an active member of CREW Dallas and BOMA Greater Dallas.  Amanda serves on the Finance Committee and Leadership Committee for CREW Dallas.  Amanda volunteers her time with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lone Star.  In 2017, Amanda was named JLL’s Industrial Property Manager of the Year.
