Career summary
Allison is a Managing Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, specializing in seniors housing transactions. To date, she’s overseen $3.5 billion in debt transactions related to the seniors housing and healthcare industry.
Prior to joining JLL in 2016, Allison was a Senior Vice President in the multi-housing finance division of Capital One. Before that, she was a Senior Vice President for the healthcare mortgage banking group within KeyBank Real Estate Capital. In 2014, Allison assumed management of six healthcare mortgage bankers and their origination efforts within the platform. Prior to that role, she was a Vice President/ healthcare mortgage banker with the responsibility of originating seniors housing project loans for stabilized properties that were ultimately sold to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, life insurance companies or were insured by HUD.
Allison was previously a member of the Junior League of Dallas and has spent over 300 hours volunteering in the community specifically serving Children’s Medical Center and the Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center. Additionally, she has volunteered for the Interfaith Housing Coalition and Dallas Habitat for Humanity.
