Allison Holland was a Senior Vice President the Multifamily Finance division of Capital One prior to joining JLL in September 2016. Prior to Capital One, Ms. Holland was a Senior Vice President for the Healthcare Mortgage Banking Group within KeyBank Real Estate Capital. In 2014, Allison assumed management of six healthcare Mortgage Bankers and their origination efforts within the platform. Prior to that role, Allison was a Vice President / Healthcare Mortgage Banker with responsibility of originating seniors housing project loans for stabilized properties that are ultimately sold to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, life insurance companies or are insured by HUD. Allison's loan production during 2013 was $300 million. Individual loan production during 2014 while managing the Healthcare MB team was $200MM. The team's total production for 2013 and 2014 were $780 million and $984 million, respectively. In 2015, Allison closed $684 million in loan volume. Allison joined KeyBank in 2009. To date, Ms. Holland has overseen $2.2 billion in debt transaction related to the seniors housing and healthcare industry.
Prior to joining Key, Allison worked for Guaranty Bank for more than five years where she specialized in originating, underwriting, closing and managing short-term loans for medical office buildings, independent living, assisted living, Alzheimer's care and CCRC projects. As an Assistant Vice President with Guaranty Bank, Allison managed a $270 + million portfolio comprised of real estate development and lease-up financing and interim acquisition financing for the healthcare industry nationwide, specifically including seniors' housing and medical office buildings.
Allison has been an active member of the Junior League of Dallas since 2008 and has spent over 300 hours volunteering in the community since that time specifically serving Children's Medical Center and Dallas Children's Advocacy Center. Additionally, Ms. Holland has also volunteered for the Interfaith Housing Coalition and Dallas Habitat for Humanity.
Ms. Holland received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Christian University.
