Current Responsibilities:
Allen is an Industrial Brokerage Lead at JLL overseeing investment sales, agency leasing and tenant representation efforts throughout Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi and the Florida Panhandle. Allen has strong knowledge of marketing, development and management and his active involvement in the tenant representation market both locally and nationally enables him to create maximum value for his clients.
Experience:
A leader in commercial real estate transactions, Allen has more than fourteen years of diverse real estate knowledge in property leasing, acquisition, due diligence, valuation, lease restructuring and tenant representation. He has wide reaching experience as a real estate advisor to retailers, attorneys, lenders and restructuring professionals. During his career, he has represented national tenants throughout the Gulf Coast as well as lease-related services with local developers and institutional buyers. Allen has extensive experience in negotiating office and industrial space requirements which include relocations, renewals and expansions for both tenants and Landlords. In addition, he has been involved in the lease or sale of more than $470 million of real estate transactions over the last 14 years. Previously, Allen was with Cushman & Wakefield | EGS in Birmingham, Alabama where he focused primarily on office and indstrial tenant representation and agency leasing.
Education and Affiliations:
Allen earned a bachelor of science degree in finance with a real estate minor from the University of Alabama. He is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Allen is actively involved with the Mobile Chamber of Commerce and also participates in several civic activities such as The Monday Morning Quarterback Club, The University of Alabama Alumni Association, Delta Kappa Epsilon Alumni Association, Alabama Wildlife Federation and the Coastal Conservation Association.
