With a passion for impacting lives and the community, Alicia’s focus as client experience lead is on providing strategic support to JLL’s portfolio of innovative companies.
Through her work, Alicia brings a unique, people-centric perspective when helping clients make strategic real estate decisions while simultaneously considering the needs of employees and goals of the business. She believes that the workplace comes alive when a brand vision, core values, and functionality align. In essence, a workspace can greatly enhance productivity and strengthen company culture.
She is also a founding leader of the JLL National Markets Workplace team, which has helped more than 800 companies determine their approach to the future of work since 2020.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Alicia led a Marketing and Communications team at a benefits consulting firm. While there she utilized her passion for creativity and strategy to manage, develop, and market their various products and services. In addition, Alicia partnered with clients to assess and implement internal communications and change management strategies.
It made a lot of sense for Alicia to join the team at JLL, to bring her passion for and knowledge in benefits and people strategies to the world of commercial real estate. Afterall, a major workplace change, like a relocation or renovation, is more than a physical adjustment. It represents an organizational, even cultural shift.
