Responsibilities​
As Client Experience lead, Alicia’s focus is on providing strategic workplace support to JLL’s portfolio of innovative companies.​ Through her work, Alicia brings a unique, people-centric perspective when helping clients make strategic real estate decisions while simultaneously considering the needs of employees and goals of the business. She believes that the workplace comes alive when a brand vision, core values, and functionality align. In essence, a workspace can greatly enhance productivity and strengthen company culture.​

Experience​
Prior to joining JLL, Alicia was the VP of Marketing Communications at benefits consulting firm. As the leader of their marketing and communication teams and initiatives, she utilized her passion for creativity and strategy. In her role, she grew the annual conference, RESOLVE, attendance by 233% and focused on managing, developing, and marketing products and services. In addition, Alicia partnered with clients to assess and implement internal communications and change management strategies.​

​It made a lot of sense for Alicia to join the team at JLL, to bring her passion for and knowledge in benefits and people strategies to the world of commercial real estate. After all, a major workplace change, like relocation or renovation, is more than a physical adjustment. It represents an organizational, even cultural shift.​
