Current Responsibilities
Alicia joined JLL in 2013 where she leads the retail transaction management business line. In her role, Alicia manages a 16-person team that offers outsourced, flexible staffing for many national retailers including T-Mobile, FedEx Office, AT&T, Yum! Brands, Luxottica, and First Cash.

Alicia serves as a strategic consultant for the retailer’s leadership team and assists with market planning necessary for optimizing their national retail portfolio.  Since 2017, retail transaction management has consistently surpassed their client’s store growth goals and opened over 700 stores.

Experience
Alicia brings more than 17 years of experience in corporate real estate with expertise in retail tenant representation, leasing, portfolio management and lease restructuring. Prior to joining JLL, Alicia was an Asset Manager for U.S. Restaurant Properties where she was responsible for business development, sales negotiation, and quarterly investor reporting for their NNN assets. Alicia was a Transaction Manager for CBRE for nearly 10 years where she was the FDIC Global Corporate Services account team lead responsible for the lease restructures and disposition over $900M in REO assets.
