Current Responsibilities
Alexis leads the Project and Development Services (PDS) team in Arizona and Nevada. With a rich background in Interior Design, Alexis strives to create spaces that facilitate human connection, tend to our collective well-being, and provide equitable experiences that benefit people and the communities in which they reside. In her role, Alexis partners with clients to facilitate strategic conversations, connecting the business objectives of their organization with the project goals to develop solutions that tend to the human experience. With over 15 years in Design and Construction, Alexis has a wide breadth of experience in project types. Her expertise is in integrating teams to deliver exceptional outcomes throughout the lifecycle of project delivery.


Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Alexis was the Design Director for Corporate Interiors and Interior Design at Katerra. There, she was responsible for workplace strategy, change management, design, and delivery of Katerra’s occupied space, including 1.2M SF of TI, factory, warehouse, and showrooms. Alexis was an integral member of the corporate real estate team, implementing growth strategy and key initiatives, evolving workplace strategy and design guidelines through post-occupancy analysis, creating workplace assessments in partnership with local brokers and landlords, and leading Katerra’s COVID-19 response including needs assessments, workplace consolidation, a return-to-office strategy, and change management. 
Beyond Alexis’ role at Katerra, she has held numerous leadership roles at several local and nationally recognized architecture and interior design firms, and her experience ranges across multiple, diverse product types and sectors including commercial office, healthcare, multifamily, and industrial. Alexis is an activator of people and teams, leading with empathy and positivity.


Education and Affiliations
Alexis received a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from the Bellevue College.
