Alex Sharrin is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Leads the Corporate Capital Markets & Net Lease Team of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. Mr. Sharrin specializes in the sale, purchase and recapitalization of net leased retail, industrial, office and medical offices properties throughout the United States. JLL’s Corporate Capital Markets & Net Lease group offers an array of core services, including net lease disposition and acquisition advisory, 1031 exchange transactions, sale-leasebacks, debt & equity financing, portfolio analysis, valuation analysis, market and demographic evaluation, build-to-suit and capital markets consultation.
In his current role, he has sold over $5 billion of net lease real estate totaling more than 500 transactions. Alex prides himself of being a private capital specialist, focusing on finding unique pockets of capital for his clients. Alex holds domestic cap rate records for the disposition of both Chick-fil-A and Walgreens credit (2.10% and 3.69%, respectively).
