Current responsibilities:
Based in New York City, Alex is Senior Research Manager for the Northeast Industrial Region. Alex oversees a team of four research analysts with coverage spanning New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. The team is an industry leader in thought leadership, producing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and white papers on market trends across the Northeast’s industrial market. Under Mr. Kachris’ leadership, JLL has expanded its research capabilities into areas such as Upstate New York and Connecticut, providing the market with first-class industrial real estate research. Mr. Kachris is also the lead researcher for JLL’s third party logistics vertical, a nationwide team of 3PL experts.
Experience:
Alex has been working at JLL since 2016. He started in the company’s Orlando office and in 2017, moved to East Rutherford office as a full-time research analyst. He assumed the role of manager for the Region in 2021.
Education and affiliations:
Alex graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and minors in Mathematics and Philosophy.
Outside interests:
Outside the office, Alex enjoys meditation, working out, and playing golf.
