Current Responsibilities:
Alex Durham serves as an Executive Vice President for JLL Charlotte, specializing in representing corporate office users in the Carolinas and across the US. He has represented clients in over 300 unique transactions in excess of $600M in value. His experience includes acquisitions, dispositions, lease restructures, expansions, contractions, portfolio optimizations, sale leasebacks, and investment sales.
Background:
Alex played two years of college tennis at Ole Miss, before graduating from Texas A&M with a degree in History. Prior to joining JLL in Charlotte, Alex worked in Austin, TX and advised some of the city’s most prolific growth technology companies, law firms, and private equity groups on their real estate strategy.
He is married to wife, Jennifer, and has three children: Caroline, George, and Emma.
