Alec began his real estate career with Jones Lang LaSalle after graduating from the University of California, Los Angeles. He’s provided tenant representation services for companies including Rocket Car Wash, Napa Auto Parts, Big Box Outlet Stores, and USPS. He actively helps create and manage client-based mapping platforms to aid companies in locating ideal spaces for lease and ground lease opportunities.
His focus on Eastside & Northend Seattle Industrial real estate is extremely valuable to his clients as they assess their long-term real estate needs. His market knowledge and involvement in analyzing relevant market data, along with his analytical background helps secure the most advantageous results for his clients.
Previously, Alec worked as a Client Associate at Merrill Lynch, Beverly Hills. He has extensive knowledge in GIS-related platforms including ESRI ArcGis, ArcGis Pro, Google Earth Pro, and QGIS.
Alec has participated in the American Hearth Association Walk from 2018 –2021 as well as the Race Against Hunger from 2019 –2021. He’s a huge hockey/Los Angeles Kings fan, is an avid day-trader and enjoys hiking when not at work.
