Current Responsibilities 

Mr. Longoria is currently responsible for office and tenant leasing, land brokerge and industrial leasing.

Experience 

Alcide, has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience in agency leasing, industrial leasing, land brokerage, development and asset management.

Prior to JLL, Alcide worked at a family real estate office with a diversified portfolio of office, retail, industrial and land holdings in South Texas and Northern Mexico. Previous to that, Alcide worked at REOC Partners where he was focused on development and asset management and leasing activities related to those projects. He has real estate experience in South Texas and Mexico and has been involved in acquisitions and sales of various real estate product types.

Education and Affiliations 

Alcide, graduated from Babson College, Wellesley MA in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. In 2006 Alcide completed a leadership development program with Ford Motor Company of Mexico and in 2009 he completed the Real Estate Council of San Antonio Leadership Development Program.

He currently sits on the board of directors of Fletes Mexico Carga Express, a Mexican transport company based in Juarez, Mexico, Grupo AMLO, a holding company based in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico which is involved in various business segments including commercial, industrial and residential real estate in Northern Mexico and San Antonio Academy. Alcide is an active member of the San Antonio community and is a member of the Texas Cavaliers.
