Ada Wong is a member of JLL’s Global Energy and Advanced Mobility group and part of the Northern California Industrial Super Region. She is an active industrial broker supporting clients locally in the Bay Area as well as nationally through multi-state site selections. Ada is an expert in JLL’s industrial suite of technology tools, including supply chain and logistics analysis and route optimization.

Ada is a results-oriented industrial broker with a passion for delivering data-driven solutions. She meticulously examines both macro and micro economic factors that impact local real estate markets. By diving deep into labor trends, demographics, and operation costs, Ada crafts bespoke strategies that provide a holistic approach to decision making. Focused on enabling her clients to achieve their goals, Ada offers a wide range of brokerage services including lease transactions, agency and tenant representation, national site selection, property acquisitions and dispositions, and build-tosuit programs. As a trusted advisor and dedicated advocate for her clients, Ada is committed to delivering unmatched service and results. Since joining JLL in 2017, she has been involved in over $2 billion in total lease and sale consideration across 16 million square feet.

Ada holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California where she graduate magna cum laude. She is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) San Francisco chapter where she sits on the Industrial Committee. Ada lives in San Francisco, CA with her husband.
