Role
Ada is responsible for analyzing macro and micro economic factors that impact the local commercial real estate market. By identifying trends and generating insights, she assists clients with strategic real estate decisions driven by data.
Ada is an expert on JLL’s industrial suite of technology tools, including Supply Chain and Logistics analysis and route optimization. Additionally, she specializes in methodical national site selection incorporating factors such as labor, demographic and operational analysis for a holistic data-drive approach to decision making. She and her team strive to integrate best practices when utilizing technology tools for business development.
Experience
Ada has experience across multiple markets and product types; she started her career at JLL in Menlo Park, covering industrial and flex product. More recently, she led the San Francisco research team where she was responsible for office, multi-family, industrial, PDR, and retail research.
Education and Affiliations
Ada holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California where she graduated magna cum laude.
She is a member of NAIOP’s San Francisco Bay Area Chapter and sits on the Business Development Committee of JLL Northwest’s Women’s Business Network, focused on the professional development of women at JLL internally.
