Current Responsibilities:
Adam Shute is an Executive Vice President for JLL based out of the Berwyn, Pennsylvania office. Adam delivers exceptional services and solutions to owners, occupiers and investors. With experience in both tenant representation and agency leasing, Adam minimizes costs and optimizes efficiency for tenants and provides owners with market expertise to maximize their return on investment.
Experience:
Adam is an accomplished commercial real estate professional with over 17 years of experience. In his tenure, he has completed nearly 500 lease and sale transactions with an aggregate of over 5 million square feet, which includes regionally renowned corporate headquarters transactions. Adam has been recognized as a marketplace leader for both his agency and tenant advisory services.
Prior to joining JLL, Adam exclusively represented a 20 building, 2 million square foot portfolio, and was directly responsible for marketing, tenant procurement and lease negotiations. Furthermore, he was instrumental in developing an asset recovery platform to address lenders’ needs in stabilizing distressed assets during the “Great Recession.” For his work, Adam received national top producer recognition from his firm.
Education:
Adam is a graduate of Eastern University where he played four years of NCAA Basketball. He was a founding member of the Eastern University Athletics Hall of Honor Committee, which tributes alumni, leadership and staff who have made significant contributions to both the university’s athletics programs and the community. Adam currently serves on the Eastern University Board of Trustees. He is a licensed real estate Salesperson in PA.
