Adam is a Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has extensive experience within the commercial real estate industry. He focuses on self storage investment advisory and equity placement throughout the United States as a part of the JLL Capital Markets National Self Storage Team. During the course of his career, Adam has been involved in $6.5 billion of commercial real estate transactions, including more than $3.5 billion of self storage transactions.
Adam joined HFF in 2017 and has significant experience structuring commercial real estate transactions. His thorough understanding of the real estate capital markets, combined with an intimate knowledge of the self storage sector, allows him to bring creative solutions to the table and maximize value for clients.
Adam attended The University of Texas at Austin, where he received a degree in finance as a part of the Business Honors Program and a degree in liberal arts as a part of the Plan II Honors Program.
