Current responsibilities
Adam Karafiol is an Executive Vice President in the brokerage services division of JLL’s New Jersey Office. Adam provides both landlord and tenant representation services for corporate and institutional clients, with a main focus on the office sector throughout the Greater Tri-State area and throughout the Unites States; helping organizations solve complex real estate needs to fulfill business objectives.
Experience
A veteran commercial leasing broker with more than 20 years of experience, prior to JLL he ran the leasing department at Onyx Equities and has worked with multiple New York City based real estate owners; as well as forming his own commercial real estate services firm.
Education and affiliations
Mr. Karafiol received a B.A. in Accounting from University of Wisconsin-Madison and is licensed real estate broker in NJ and NY.
