Adam is a Managing Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He has 26 years of experience in the real estate investment banking business as an advisor and transactional agent. His primary responsibilities have been representing institutional owners, developers and private investors in the disposition of retail assets. Adam’s duty is to always put the client first as an advisor in the evaluation and disposition of retail assets. He has completed transactions totaling over 12 million square feet and valued at over $3 billion.
In 2009, Adam founded the Investment Sales Group at UCR. In 5 years, the ISG closed 97 transactions in excess of $1 billion. Prior to joining UCR, Adam was the Managing Director at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P.
He was awarded the commercial real estate “Rookie of the Year” in 1994 by the Dallas Business Journal. He also received the Dallas Business Journal’s “Best Deal of the Year” and “Best Project Sale” awards in 2002 for representing the sale of the Dallas Galleria. In addition, Adam was nominated for the D Magazine’s “Best Deal of the Year” for the sale of Preston Oaks Shopping Center in 2013.
