Adam Hammack is a Vice President with the Jones Lang LaSalle Landlord Leasing Group in Dallas, where he specializes in agency representation in office properties for both existing and ground-up developments. His clients include both institutional and entrepreneurial landlords. Representative clients include: Asana Partners, Brookfield, Goldman Sachs, Hines, Invesco, Morgan Stanley, TA Realty, TIAA-CREF and Walton Street Capital.
During his 12 year career in Agency Leasing, Adam has leased more than 8 million square feet of space. His leasing experience and development background allow him to creatively find solutions for his clients. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Adam was a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield. He also worked at CBRE as part of their Agency leasing team. Adam has participated in several new development projects from the underwriting stage through the lease-up period.
Adam began his career in Dallas at the Trammell Crow Company as a Financial Analyst. He has since been recognized as a "Heavy Hitter" by the Dallas Business Journal on numerous occasions.
Education and Affiliations
Adam attended Oklahoma State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science and Geography degree. Adam also attended The University of Texas where he obtained his Master of Science in Community and Regional Planning . He holds a Texas Real Estate Salesperson license and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
Adams resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife and four children. He is active at Watermark Community Church, and enjoys fly fishing and coaching his kid's sports teams.
