Current responsibilities:

Adam Fisher is a Vice President in Energy and Sustainability Services based out of the New York City office. Having joined the team in Summer 2020, Adam leads the sustainability advisory business for the Northeast market, working with institutional investors and corporate occupiers to establish strategic sustainability programs and identify carbon and energy reduction strategies.

Experience:

Adam has provided sustainability and energy management services for the commercial real estate sector since 2013. Having previously worked in both Fortune 500 and boutique consulting firms, Adam brings a professional technical approach and entrepreneurial spirit to his client engagements.

Adam finds himself most frequently in the role of “translator-in-chief,” connecting the dots between client business requirements and technical capabilities. Adam has spent his career prioritizing stakeholder engagement from the C-Suite to the boiler room. 

Adam has worked with organizations covering millions of square footage of real estate to baseline performance, benchmarking against the industry and peers, establish goals and targets and develop strategic action plans to enable sustainability and decarbonization. 

Adam has hands-on technical experience related to LEED, GRESB, ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager, sustainability policy development. Adam is passionate about leveraging these industry best practices as a framework to promote energy, water and waste conservation as well as indoor environmental quality strategies.

Education and affiliations:

Adam holds an M.B.A. from New York Univeristy Stern School of Business as well as a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from Cornell University. Adam is a Certified Energy Manager from the Association of Energy Engineers as well as a LEED Green Associate from the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI).
